London - Individual 28 August 2014

I was self employed for a period of time for six months last year from Sept 2013 - Mar 2014 and then the company employed me on a full-time basis from April 2014...
I phoned HRMC to get my UTR sent to me last December but never received it - I had previously registered as self employed back in 2004 but never actually taken any work on...

I need to know how much tax I owe if any and if I can offset receipts and working from home during this time... I also have taken on some freelance work during this period for which I may also be due to pay tax on....
I have all my accounts in an XCel sheet and the receipts in a box at home.
