I am entering into a partnership with another company on a project to be set up as a stand alone company, with shares of the company split based upon the funds put into the company (i.e. Visitjourneys.com Ltd - 50% funds, so 50% shares, myself 50% funds, so 50% shares etc)
2. Strength and further details of security can be advised once an NDA and meeting has been arranged to look into the further details and figures and I need an accountant to advise and guide me before going into anything legally binding.
