London - Limited Company 01 August 2012

Hi, I'm an IT consultant and run through a limited company. I have done all my PAYE and VAT calculations and subimitted to HMRC. I need an accountant to do the corporation tax returns only.
1. I have all the calculations by month.
2 I don't have receipts for expenses but all are
reasonable spends.
3. I did't had enough money in the last month of my year end in my bank account so how much money do i need to put back. I need help regarding that.
