I can fill in basic excel spreadsheets with my monthly information and expenses etc. I'm looking to appoint an accountant or accountancy firm who will take away the pressure of filing my accounts, doing payroll and the every day stuff, allowing me to run and grow my business.

I am a graphic designer and art director, who also performs stand-up comedy. I have started a Ltd company and have just started to work under this banner, producing freelance work for a number of design agency clients. I am currently not VAT registered and would like some advice on this, buying/purchasing equipment and payroll/divident advice etc.
