I am looking for an accountant within the Swindon area preferably who would be able to come to my home to meet me. I need advice on what legalities I need to comply with, VAT and registering as a business. I have no pupils yet and the only expenditure so far has been on advertising. I have an electronic and paper record of all invoices including VAT invoices. I will need initial advice but don't expect to need on-going advice. I need help with tax minimisation. I expect to have 5 pupils by the end of month 1 with a projected 20 by the end of year 1. As this is only a small business I need the cheapest quote available - I am looking for someone I can have a strong business relationship with and who I can trust is acting in my best interests at all times.

I am just about to launch my business as a private Piano Teacher in the Swindon area. I will be holding lessons in students' houses not my own home therefore I will be using my car for business purposes. This business will initially only be on a part time basis.
